St. Gallen Snapshots – Travel Stories

Posted on

The trips continued, each day a new city and if possible, a new country! Having this in mind, all was set, gas was in, the car was humming gently to the sound of nice diesel compressing deep in its heart. Up and about, we set the destination to St. Gallen and all other places in between.

Making our way back to our German brothers, we stopped on the north bank of Bodensee so we could experience it in the summertime, 55 degrees hotter than the last time we were there.  Unfortunately, there was a large storm in the weeks before and the water level was really high and carrying a lot of debris. This is a nice outdoor theatre in Bregenz – really worth visiting.

The last place we had on our list was an interesting museum – the lake houses dating back to Stone and Bronze age.
